These Terms and Conditions apply to the website withoutpanic.com and to all Without Panic digital products, downloads, templates and website review services, including SEO Without Panic and, once available, Meta Ads Without Panic and other future products. By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Without Panic

Without Panic provides beginner-friendly digital marketing guides, templates, checklists and written website review products for small business owners. Our products are educational and practical. They are designed to help you understand and improve basic marketing foundations, one product at a time.

2. Products we sell

We may sell digital PDF guides, downloadable ZIP bundles, editable templates, printable worksheets, spreadsheets, trackers and written website SEO review/report products.

• $19 Simple SEO Starter Pack: a lighter first-step SEO guide for people who are not ready for the full bundle.
• $49 Complete Guide + Templates: the main working toolkit, including the complete guide, templates, workbook and tracker.
• $99 Complete Pack + Website Review & SEO Report: the full $49 bundle plus personalised written feedback on your website, based on the information you provide.

Meta Ads Without Panic and any other future Without Panic products are not currently available to purchase. Separate product-specific terms will apply to those products once they launch.

3. Digital product delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically by download link, email or through the checkout platform. You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product, contact hello@withoutpanic.com.

4. $99 Website Review & SEO Report

The $99 product includes the full $49 bundle, an intake questionnaire, a written website SEO review/report, an SEO scorecard or priority summary, and practical action recommendations. No live call is included.

To receive the review/report, you must complete the intake questionnaire and provide the requested website details. Report delivery is normally within 5 working days after your completed questionnaire is received. If information is missing, unclear or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.

5. No marketing guarantees

Without Panic does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic increases, enquiries, sales, advertising results, indexing of every page, specific results within a specific time, or acceptance by Google, Meta, Bing or any other platform.

Results depend on many factors, including competition, location, website quality, content, trust, links, technical setup, market demand and time. Our products help you understand and improve your marketing foundations. They do not guarantee commercial results.

6. Educational information only

Our guides, templates and reports are educational and advisory. They do not replace professional legal advice, financial advice, specialist technical development advice, a full marketing agency service or platform-specific developer support. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the recommendations.

7. Access to your website or accounts

The $99 review/report does not require us to log into your website. If future done-with-you services are offered, any access requirements and limits will be agreed separately. Do not send passwords by ordinary email unless specifically requested through a secure process.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered. However, if you bought the wrong product by mistake, had a technical delivery issue, or believe there is a genuine problem, contact us at hello@withoutpanic.com. We will review requests fairly.

For the $99 review product, if the full digital bundle has already been delivered but the review work has not yet started, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion.

9. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal/business-use licence. You may use the product for your own business or website.

You may not resell the product, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing sites, copy it into your own paid product, claim it as your own work, distribute templates to others as a standalone product, or use the materials to train AI tools or create competing products.

10. Intellectual property

All Without Panic guides, templates, worksheets, spreadsheets, reports, branding, copy and website materials are owned by Without Panic unless otherwise stated. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

11. User responsibility

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable before buying, using the materials carefully, backing up your website before making changes, checking changes before publishing, complying with your website or advertising platform’s terms, complying with applicable laws in your country, and providing accurate information for any website review.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect implementation, platform issues, third-party tools, hosting problems, plugin conflicts or changes made by you or others.

12. Third-party tools and links

Our products may mention third-party tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads Manager, Payhip, Brevo or other platforms. These tools are controlled by third parties and may change. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, decisions, terms, data handling or changes.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, remove or change website content at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Without Panic is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, rankings, traffic, data, business interruption, indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform issues or actions taken based on our educational materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

15. Privacy

Your use of the website and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is legally required to apply.
